Robust frame structure:Detached sturdy double-sided box frame which reduces vibration at high-speed operation,achieve further stable weft insertion and beating, and ensure the high grade of the fabric.Its main drive is contained in an oil bath to achieve further stable high-speed operation.

Weft insertion methodically at high speed:the weft insertion angle is enlarged by improvement  in the beating curve that ensure weft insertion stably for all kinds of chemical fiber    materials,making the weft insertion more stable, and high-quality differentiated fabrics can be woven.

Stable running:the robust frame structure,rigid let-off and take-up stabilize the loom running  and the weaving range is increased from thin to middle-thick fabric,and from low to high  density fabric.Even weave fabrics of complicated or unbalanced construction,vibration is low.

The optimized Four-bar Beating-up structure: the beating-up structure not only moves smoothly,but also vibrates minimally.It is suitable for weaving requirement and can make the structure durable.

Adopt more reasonable plunger,pump spring,nozzle,one-way valvet:make the weft insertion softer and more stable. Improved the weft insertion structure to extend the service life of the water pump.

Higher follow-up tension system:Reduced customers’ concerns about fabric hiding. Reduced the breakage of fragile warp yarns, resulting in clearer openings and higher fabric quality. The warp stabilizer makes the weaving of high tension and high weft dense fabrics more stable.

More robust weavingc support structure and more tensile and anti slip take-up roller structure: A stable weave not only reduces the generation of various fabric patterns, but also makes high tension and high weft density fabrics easier to weave.
